Technology is the easy part.

Anyone who wants to improve collaboration doesn't start with the software. Since 2018 I have helped organisations turn tools into actual ways of working — from information architecture to the question of why one team uses a feature and the team next door doesn't.

This is the longest and densest thread in my work: it carries three books, over a hundred talks, and the foundation everything later stands on.
