Accessibility

Last updated 15/08/2026

I want this website to be accessible and usable by as many people as possible – regardless of individual abilities, devices or assistive technologies.

This is a private website where I share information about my personal activities and involvement in the technology and Microsoft community. Although this website is not subject to comprehensive legal accessibility requirements, I aim to make its digital content as inclusive as reasonably possible.

My Approach

When designing and developing this website, I aim to consider aspects such as:

  • a clear and understandable content structure,
  • readable text and sufficient contrast,
  • meaningful use of headings,
  • usability without relying exclusively on a mouse or touchscreen,
  • alternative text for relevant images,
  • understandable link text and navigation, and
  • responsive presentation across different devices and screen sizes.

Where appropriate and reasonably feasible for this website, I use generally recognised accessibility principles, particularly the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as guidance.

Known Limitations

Despite these efforts, I cannot guarantee that all content and functionality on this website is fully accessible.

Limitations may occur particularly with older content, externally embedded content or automatically generated content. External websites and services linked from this website are also outside my control.

Feedback is Welcome

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website or find that certain content is not accessible to you, I appreciate your feedback.

I will try, where reasonably possible, to provide a suitable solution or an alternative way of accessing the relevant content.
